Jones Snowday Chili (Healthy, Organic)

Thank you, snowstorm, for inspiring Chris and I to whip out our new CrockPot for our own chili cookoff. With my leanings toward sweet, and Chris' toward spicy, we collaborated for a tasty, tangy take on an old favorite. It was so good, we pretty much licked our bowls.

Chili is all about the spices! Get creative, and use your nose to find YOUR combo!
He's a pro with that knife.
When the onions and celery are soft, it's ready!
All we did was throw the following into the pot and simmer for 4hours:

1 package of ground turkey, browned in olive oil
One bunch of celery
3/4 of a small, yellow onion, diced
1 can of kidney beans (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes (juice included)
1 2-serving
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Chili powder to taste
Hot sauce to taste
Dash of salt
Dash of black pepper
Dash of paprika
**Any other spices you want! It's ALL about the spices!! 
**All of these ingredients can be found in ORGANIC versions
SERVES 2 people

I felt the metabolism- and circulatory-boosting benefits of the chili powder and cinnamon all day! And talk about fiber...!

Now, after you chow down, get your snuggle on in front of a movie, like we did! :)
