What's for Lunch When There's No Food!


A last-minute meal that has, surprisingly, complete nutrition!
 We're scraping the bottom of the barrel here. Still, I'm impressed with what a near-empty fridge turned out in terms of a decent meal.

RICE CEREAL
Leftover rice (Organic Harvest Medley Rice from Costco) - I've also used Quinoa, which actually works better because of its milder taste
Almond milk
Honey
Cinnamon
Dash of ground flax seed
*serve cold or hot*
