Easy Ways to Enjoy the Benefits of BROCCOLI.

Forgive the simplicity of this post, but I figure you're already familiar with most of this stuff. :)


Smother steamed broccoli in your favorite kind. It's low-cal and packed with vitamins! I just ate this for lunch, and it actually makes me CRAVE broccoli!


The onion and feta in the dressing mean you don't have to make a whole salad yourself. Just pour some dressing (check the label, though, some are super sugary/fattening) on raw florets and enjoy the tangy crunch!


This might make you say, blech! But really, they get disguised if you pile them in with pungent fruits like pineapple, mango and banana. It's the same concept as adding spinach or kale!
