Power Food Recipe for Fall

Craving some spice as October closes in? Then you must taste this (blogger-inspired) seasoned delight that marries two nutritious fruits and veggies in one d(el)ish! EVERY INGREDIENT in this step boasts boatloads of health benefits, so you'll be boosting your immunity and fat-burning powers as you devour!

Spiced Squash & Apple Medley
Buy cubed butternut squash (I've never processed a whole one)
Toss in coconut oil
Spread out on pan and season with cinnamon, cayenne pepper and sea salt to taste.
Roast at 400 degrees for an hour
De-core and cube apples (one-two per serving)
Repeat above steps but only roast apples 20 min.
